INJURY MANAGEMENT

Structured support from initial report through resolution.

Early evaluation is only the beginning. Elite supports injury follow-up, case coordination, communication, appropriate return-to-work processes, and continuity from the initial report through resolution.

FROM REPORT TO RESOLUTION

A coordinated process, with continuity at every step.

01

Injury or concern reported

Support early reporting and clear communication with safety and project leadership.

02

Timely evaluation

Support initial medical evaluation and identify concerns requiring appropriate escalation.

03

Appropriate care pathway

Coordinate an appropriate care pathway and outside-provider communication when needed.

04

Follow-up & coordination

Maintain injury follow-up, documentation, case coordination, and work-status communication.

05

Return-to-work support

Support restricted-duty coordination, return-to-work communication, and continued follow-up through resolution.

DOCUMENTATION & FOLLOW-THROUGH

An injury changes more than one person’s day.

An injury may involve the employee, supervisor, safety leadership, medical personnel, and an outside provider. When those contacts receive different information, follow-up can become fragmented and work-status questions can remain unresolved.

Elite supports injury case coordination, appropriate care-pathway communication, documentation, and continued follow-up. The focus is continuity: what has been reported, what the appropriate next step is, who needs to be informed, and what work-status information is available.

Restricted-duty and return-to-work coordination help the appropriate stakeholders stay informed as the case progresses. Support remains grounded in the contracted role and does not replace the clinical decisions of the treating provider.
