OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH

Build the level of support your workforce needs.

Occupational health programs can combine 24/7 on-call paramedic support, injury coordination, training, follow-up, and onsite coverage based on project needs.

FLEXIBLE BY DESIGN

Remote. Hybrid. Selectively onsite.

Occupational Health supports employers who do not necessarily require a full-time clinician physically onsite. Build a modular program around your safety system, first-aid resources, and workforce needs.

01

Remote support

24/7 on-call paramedic support, remote injury triage support, supervisor consultation, first-aid response guidance, and appropriate escalation guidance.

02

Hybrid coordination

Early injury reporting, follow-up, case management support, documentation, restricted-duty communication, and outside-provider coordination.

03

Onsite when needed

Selective onsite support, CPR and first-aid training, supplemental support for internal resources, and integration with employer first-aid programs.

MODULAR SUPPORT

Practical continuity beyond the initial call.

Support can include injury case coordination, work-status communication, return-to-work coordination, and appropriate escalation to outside care.

Service and staffing models are configured based on project needs, location, client requirements, and applicable requirements.

SUPPLEMENT EXISTING RESOURCES

Build around the systems you already have.

Clients may already have first-aid responders, safety leadership, or medical resources in place. Elite can provide supplemental guidance and coordination alongside those resources rather than require a completely new onsite staffing program.

CPR and first-aid training can strengthen workforce readiness. Hybrid programs may combine remote support, training, scheduled onsite work, and onsite support when specifically required.

The objective is a clear point of contact, an appropriate escalation pathway, and organized follow-up. Employers can select the level of occupational health support their workforce needs.
